I write because I have to. I'd like to be able to write but I'm not very good at it. In college I only got one A on an essay the rest were B's. They sound like good grades but I was never satisfied with what I had written, the whole process left me feeling frustrated. Good news... Selfhealing graphopsychotherapy... That's really interesting. I wonder if that has always been the case, or is it an aspect of a world growing away from closely knit 'tribes' in which self expression becomes a rare commodity? Writing or storytelling has always been a release writing clears the head and can be more theraputic than talking because you see objectively your thoughts on paper rather than caught up in a two way analysis which sometimes adds to the confusion |
