Sounds so nice BNM, but I might be inclined to add a touch of garlic. Going to try this. Tks I've never made this recipe, Michelle, but I add garlic to almost everything savory. MMM, garlic! I think mushrooms would be tasty in here too. Great classic. For best results=Fresh! And no substituting,right? (Margarine will not cut it here) looks great! Mushrooms AND garlic!!! Usually i'm hesitant to cooking with butter, i way prefer Olive oil, but this looks REALLY good... You had me at "Brown Butter". LOL, knslyr. I know what you mean. Don't be afraid to love butter, dfiskey. |
