I'm with BitDrifter -- Latest Pops and New Clips.

I browse using "custom" with new clips, latest pops, and latest comments all checked.

depends on how much time i have... If i have 10-15 minutes then i use custom with all checked... if i have 5 minutes then i use latest pops and move on to new clips if i still have time.

After successfully holding out for a while, I switched to ALL as well.

At first, I checked all three. But since last week I've changed my settings to new clips + latest pops. I check comments once in a while from the Latest Comments tab.

fascinating! i'm a straight "latest pops" guy. have to admit though, i have a motive. i'm always interested in seeing what it's like for first time visitors to the site who haven't set their custom tab.

however, i've got a favorite way of browsing thru the site. at least once per day i like to go to the end of the "new clips" section and start at the bottom instead of the top. i then work my way up to the top of the list, popping ones i really like as i go. anyone else take this approach?

great poll GD.

I do something similar to Our Benevolent Host. I keep two Clipmarks tabs open. First I open New Clips and click frantically until I'm about 800 deep. (This is necessary because, inexplicably, you can't get into clip history in the other tabs.)

Then, in another FF tab, I open my custom tab, which, as you've probably guessed, has all options set as default.

I really could care less about pops, but have it checked because I'm the kind of guy who wants it all, and lives in fear of missing anything.

It's lovely to see that--at least in Clip browsing style--Arafsali, K7, and JK and I, have something in common .

Yep. Almost from the very start. That's why I loved the new scrollable left (was: middle) so much.

I can't believe I did that.
I'm always jumpin folk about it.
Man, would I hear about it if they knew

same here, I've got all options checked, since day one.
Sometimes I open to tabs with clipmarks, when doing a specific search / browing a specific clipper.

Btw, I hope there comes a "next 100 link" for that view (all options checked).

I have started browsing the same as JK
I browse using "custom" with new clips, latest pops, and latest comments all checked.

I usually also start at the bottom and scroll up.

djiezes, we are working on the next 100 for sorting options other than new clips now and should have it ready for the next update.

I go for the New Clips and Latest comments. It's nice to see what people are talking about or surfing.

With regard to two Clipmark tabs, try putting one into the side bar. If you make a Clipmark bookmarks and edit its Properties you can select to have the page load in the side bar. I find this to be a great way to view the site, especially since the redesign. This way I can see both what the community is doing (in my sidebar) AND continue to browse the site.

I use the custom setting with all three boxes checked. I don't like only looking at the latest pops because you miss out on so many clips.

Pretty lame I know, but it never even occurred to me to see what the custom settings were ... This is a pretty feature-rich site after all ... Now I see how it works and I like it a lot.

Use all items checked as my default. I tried it the other way and it just wasn't the same.

It's the only way to retain a bit of the old Clipmarks feel and functionality that existed pre-popcraze.
