This is Google's second try, apparently. What other products are named Android?

The other company that has the 'similar' trademark is Android Data, that was formed sometime ago and has not produced a product since 2003. Data's trademark was up for renewal due to it expiring and it was just renewed - at the end of the six month grace period. The two products are dissimilar and should not be an issue when it comes to the appeal: one is a mobile operating system by Google and the other is a non-existent product. Android Data has not and does not produce a competing product that a consumer would directly be confused by if both were in the market.
