This article almost reads like a joke, but it's not. Most unfortunately not.
And, as one can see from the story, it's nobody's fault. Wonder how long they will spend "investigating" before they move the kids to safety? How much do you want to bet that the parents are kept in the dark about the nature of the caretakers? Truly, I've never been impressed with the ability of states to oversee their programs, which is why I strongly disagree with state-run "Health Exchanges".
