Maybe my eyes are jacked up, but it looks like an alien...I am not making out that he's actually looking at a human being. I am curious about what others are seeing, but I'm not buying it at this point. We already know that Cheney is an asshole and there is lots of speculation about what he's up to, but do we really need to make things up to make him MORE evil? It feels like people are just grasping at straws.
