Depsite the tone of this article. YES Tasers are used far too much. I live in a small town and our cops taser somoene about once a week. Last time was becsue a man was agruging with his wife interupting Black Friday. Nothing violent in his actions. People die from being tasered far too often. They are also used in prisons and jail where the abuse can be more easily hidden.
