If they have a case to answer why can't these men be tried in a similar way to the Lockerbie bombers. It wasn't just Americans who died in the WTC outrage.
Furthermore, I believe the admission that torture was used in extracting information will not sit well with many other countries around the world, not necessarily America's detractors.
