I hope every citizen stopped sues both the sheriff and the institute from here to kingdom come. The destruction of civil rights has become so common and accepted that even the cops can't see the grossest of violations for the noses on their faces.

Had I been stopped they would have taken me away in cuffs.

Me too. Its one thing if they asked but it is something else to make it mandatory. I think battery charges are in order. Or possibly rape charges.

I could see this happening in Russia, Red China or North Korea but not in the USA.

I suspect anything that comes from worldnetdaily. I'm surprised that they printed anything that was critical of police.
