Too bad religion and faith per se doesn't matter. The issue is in social behaviour of believers, not their beliefs — and when atheists organise summer camp suspiciously alike to good old camps supervised by church, don't you think atheism inches a bit closer to religion?

So, indoctrinating children to believe without even giving them the opportunity or tools of critical thinking is somehow better?

Religion has been forcing its way down everyone's throat for all of human history. It's ridiculous to say its selfish or just as bad as religion when people finally say "Enough is enough" and begin to EDUCATE rather than indoctrinate children to be able to recognize its religion fallacies.
