Lieberman is a fascist, and I hate throwing around the word "apocalypse", but If Iran achieves nuclear capabilities it will be a disaster. It will set her up as a regional superpower which will in turn create extreme paranoia in Israel and among Sunni Muslim nations. As a result, Israel might spiral into nationalistic fascism, a danger for Israelis and Palestinians. Countries like Egypt and Saudi Arabia will feel forced to develop their programs of WMDs to counter the presumed Shiite threat, thus further distancing the dream of a Middle East de-proliferated of WMDs. And terrorist orginizations, especially Hizballah, Hamas and PIJ, will feel empowered and even more butchery will ensue...

Maybe that's a worst case scenario, but I think it is enough in order to say that a nuclear Iran is a dangerous thing.
