I've been struggling over the past few weeks with punishment. What is a proper punishment for various actions, how to implement such punishment, and when or where it is appropriate. As a result of these questions, I have been avoiding punishment at all costs and pretending that there was no reason for it.

This article hit home with me in that I love viemoira so much that I don't want to hurt her, and didn't know how to teach her. I've clipped just a small portion of it, but it does go into some excellent suggestions for punishment that I feel I could actually handle and that would be effective.
