bioplasmik says: What do you think about #4 and #10? My favorite is #15, although it's hard to do! The idea of deliberately eating fatty meats is kinda disturbing for me. Generic food I can understand. For a while clipette was making me sandwiches to bring to work, but being able to take a break and go out and grab something helps the routine. We have been buying frozen veggies - definitely cheap, healthy and easy to make. I am a bit puzzled by 12; why would going to One grocery store be healthier, or cheaper? Otherwise, yes, water will save you a lot. Unfortunately, it's a good substitute for sodas, but it does not work that well as a replacement for coffee. I still can't operate without my daily perfusion of caffeine And I agree with adamc - it's cheap to bring your sandwiches to work, but taking a break from the office will keep your life healthier. A happy compromise: a sandwich, and go to the park! |
