Where are all the cat loves?

Me? I'm only an animal lover with a preference for man's best friend, of course. I'm not yet fully over my last one that died 4 years ago.

I love cats, and dogs of course. I heard somewhere that the survival rate for domesticated cats and dogs goes from less than 50% if they are born feral to a nearly 90% when raised by humans. Now thats one heck of a survival strategy!

Compared to dogs, which we have 'meddled' with to bring about all sorts of dogs, ranging from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, cats have changed so little over the centuries. They were just *perfect* to begin with. .
