Not surprisingly, the FBI is trying to find away around rules prohibiting it from maintaining records of people's telephone and internet usage (unless its for an ongoing criminal investigation or intelligence operation). Their latest idea? Pay phone companies millions to store their customer's records and allow the FBI immediate access to them "if it asks."

How much longer until this administration goes away? :
