and no officer affiliation. You only have the right to obey.
If you speak out like that soldier who questioned Rumfield did. Your life will be in danger. Your rank will be in jeopardy. And you will have a bad time as long as you are in that unit. And if you go to another unit. What you did will be told to the officer in charge of that unit. In other words, you just might want to seek an early out.

Now if your an officer. You want to keep your rank. And hopefully add to it. High enough rank keeps you in the safe zone as far as war zone that is. That is why Generals are called arm...

They can't do that. There would be MAJOR NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES that would filter through our democracy with the potential to destroy it.
