Task manager disabled & no folder option

If you are using Windows XP Professional,
Using Group Policy Editor to fix these two issues:

Click Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
For the Task Manager Disabled part:
Navigate to this path
User Configuration
=> Administrative Templates
==> System
===> Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options
====> Remove Task Manager
Double-click the Remove Task Manager option.
Set the policy to Not Configured or Disabled.

For the No Folder Options part:
Navigate to this location:
User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Windows Explorer
Double-click Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu, and set it to Not Configured or Disabled
