I have read many accounts regarding the hard, hard work that Googlers put in and the incredibly long days/weeks. There IS a reason that Google offers all this for their employees. Now mind you, I'm not knocking Google...I bet they are wonderful employers but you definately earn it... Oh wow I SOOOOOO WANT TO WORK THERE!!! It's like the Wonka Chocolate Factory of the corporate world... very very very interesting working place. I saw almost similar to Nike Headquarter, but you dude have to remember that sort of environment was made to compensate the high stress and overload work.
