The App Store is Apple's outlet, and they can refuse to sell whatever they want. But the company really should come up with a more consistent set of standards, and apply them to all its different products.

The company has now twice rejected an iPhone application designed to let iPhone owners watch clips of <A href="http://www.southparkstudios.com/">the long-running show</A> featuring the exploits of Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny.
