Dolphins have tremendous power in their thrusts, and their noses are very hard. Watch a dolphin kill a shark if you want an idea of how dangerous they can be (and then for comparison, why don't you go and try to kill a shark. Hint: Take a gun!)

but for sure, wild animals are all dangerous unless you are Snow White.

After a man in Saudi Arabia hit a baboon with his car, he got out to help it, only to be dismembered by the enraged trope.

Although some responsible television personalities have recently been raising awareness about the Threat of Bears, it seems some still don't know. I discovered this by watching Werner Herzog's documentary "Grizzly Man" which once again proves that stupid hippies from the city are exceedingly good at getting themselves killed in morbid yet potentially humorous ways.

Oh, actually, webwolf and papananook, that's exactly the point: people who get hurt by these animals were asking for it.

But! If you ask for it, you will get it!

If we respect any of these animals as wild and powerful, they are not necessarily our enemies, and have no reason for conflict with us (except for hippos, which are pretty much straight up evil).

When we start to treat wild animals as stuffed animals, and think of them more like cute toys rather than independent creatures, we place ourselves in danger.

Although, as a note, from what I've heard is that dolphins, less often than attacking humans, often play a little too rough and you can get seriously injured if things go to far.

The lesson: even though I think trains are cool, I don't play on the train tracks. Love animals, but respect them, because if you start treating them badly, they can totally DESTROY you.
