So even if you want to grow old and die in the old-fashioned way, you may not be able to — at least, if you plan to drink water.

I can imagine a whole new industry:
"Keep it natural... die as you meant to die, with our anti-aging-enzyme free drinking water"

Actually they're putting all sorts of stuff in the food we eat and what we drink now, water additives is obviously the next having these additives.
