Before he does, Joe needs to go to business school and learn about taxes, deductions, gross and net earnings. If this supposed company actually "makes 250 to 280 thousand", in order for the tax plan to hit him as he so fears that would have to be his NET profit after all wages, costs, taxes, and so forth are deducted from the company's GROSS earnings.

ANY middle class American would look at taking home $250,000 after-tax dollars as being an amazing amount of money, and certainly would look at the $237,000 or so the worst possible forecast of Obama's plan would leave him as still bein...

(Note that the $13,000 projected figure of tax-impact is on the TOP earnings of the bracket that the $250-280,000 falls into, while that $250K is the bottom of the bracket, so the impact would surely be less.) That must be some HELL of a plumbing business; and while I don't know the ins and outs of plumbing's profit structure, just as a fair guess he must be grossing some $2.5 million at a 10% profit level. If he has the savvy in his lifetime to take that business as his own, the last thing he has to worry about is some measly $13,000.

If that is the case, he should fall down and kiss Obama's feet for his tax plan because it will put more money into customer's pockets to be able to afford his rates when they need a plumber.

Now, if the business grosses $280,000, which seems far more likely, he has no impact at all from Obama's plan, and will actually benefit.

I really don't give a rat's ass about Obama, but when there is such a load of BS as this being tossed around, it needs to be addressed in clear terms the tossers tossing it can understand, or at least be understood by real terms of reality by those they are tossing it at so they can avoid stepping in it.
