And believe me, you don't want to wait till you're 55 to re-start! Probably you know this, but I see lots of re-starters with their seats too low, and that does take more thigh strength. Set it so that with your leg straight you can just reach the pedal at its most distant point with your heel (not that you'd ever pedal that way - it's just a quick measurement tool). I have to get longer seat posts! |
