I have read the full article and it was a bit under informed especially on the real political situation back here at home I don't think he's trying to give an all-encompassing overview but rather a subjective interpretation. opash2k, in what way do you find the article under informed? of course, the economic growth under Kibaki completely and utterly bypassed subsistence farmers and, as a matter of fact, the majority of the population. The benefits of growth were felt among the elites, and among them only. That non-withstanding, I believe that before the elections not many people would have projected such a disastrous turn of events.
