No. The bills they consider are all too long and complicate, often the final versions are introduced just hours before the actual vote. One little sentence can open a loophole that costs tens of millions of dollars.

The oil law? If someone was actually able to follow the money on this and all the rests of the waste and corruption in Iraq, I fear the book would be too long and too complicated to follow.

Part of capitalisms conquest is confusion.
