If you read the terms and conditions of the software for the Cash for Clunkers program, it would scare you to death.
Once your computer (the car dealers computers) access the government site, they have given Big Brother OWNERSHIP of their computer. I kid you not.
Scary, scary stuff is happening and we are too distracted by Michael Jackson's death to do anything about it.
