I'm not sure I believe certain foods are acne allergies, sohil. Here it is said that “sex and growth hormones naturally found in cow's milk might trigger off spots”. It is possible, why not, or at least with some people. I never drink milk, but I drink kefir daily, because I realized it has significantly positive effect on my health. After I started to drink kefir, my skin becomes noticeable cleaner, too. I make kefir by myself from grains.
