In my youth, I sought to come back into contact with a childhood CRUSH - 23 years after seing the woman's eye color.
The relationship, turns out, once we got together, was a day where she said, "your eyes are so BLUE today." I looked in the mirror and there's the slatish blue - a touch of green. So I said, "come here, I think they look sort of green."
In the only time we looked in the mirror at the same time, we saw that we had the EXACT (as close as possible) same, unique to 99.8% eye color.
The relationship ended soon thereafter, but it was amazing to find out that for both of us it was our eye color that stuck with us for over 20 years.
Same with 2 copper eye...

Same with 2 copper eyed women I knew. I cannot clearly picture their full face and body at times, but as soon as I see the eye color, my whole nervous system goes into "this is fun" mode.
Yeah, yeah, yeah - it's kinda narcissistic. Sue me. I married a woman with deep, gorgeous dark brown with a touch of forest green eyes. We all have our phases.
