I doubt someone over 89 and in advance stages of senility is thinking about sex.

Not everyone in a nursing home is over 89 and senile. I had a boyfriend who worked as a physical therapist for a nursing home chain and he reported that there were several residence with very active sex lives.

I had a dear friend whose mother had Alzheimers. In her nursing home she would go from room to room and bed to bed asking: "Are you my husband?" Come on! The need for decency and dignity are also important.
