Now we are using tax $$ to pay for yard sale cops? Why the hell is gov't stepping into this. This should be something buyers need to be smart enough to figure out for themselves. The information is out there.

First they go after bakesales at the state level and now garage sales. UFB!

I totally agree with you. Another thing I think, a lot of those thing that were banned is because one parent wasn't wasn't careful in the use or had one defective product therefore all products like that were banned.
