Gotta love it! Wonder how many people will at least think about this now.

The lady takes cares of a 6-person household. She bought a new washing machine 10-mths. ago which is apparently a lemon. It's most recent breakdown occurred in early December & the company said the earliest it could send someone out would be after Christmas. When the repairman did come out last week, he told her it need a nickel part, but started to leave without fixing it. The rest, as they say, is history.

She made her point. The company is giving her a new washer!
