More than that, cooking allows us to put our soul in our food and enjoy by created masterpiece. Sure, when we do it ourselves. From this point of view fast food is soulless. All rest are just technical matter.

I love the taste of a well cooked steak or slice of roast beef or pork with a nice side of well-prepared vegetables. Especially potatoes.
