The N.H. phone jamming case is an interesting case that is not getting a lot of headlines. What happened is on Election Day morning in 2002 the "get out the vote" phone lines at the Democratic Party HQ in NH were jammed. Turns out a company was deliberately jamming the phone lines. As it turns out as mentioned in the article, it was planned by the GOP.
