Tallulah says: Strangely enough, it's quite a nice idea. The site's home page has spelt helpful as "helpfull" - and used the typos as direct quotes from satisfied customers. I might be splitting hairs but, for me, glaring mistakes like that (and designed by a web company who have "professional copywriters!) is not where I'll be remembering my loved ones, when the time comes. never is there more need for attention to detail (from a commercial organisation particularly) than at a time of bereavement. I'm really not at all convinced that this is of any use at all. Sorry! Don't be sorry, you're quite right that this particular site does not look to be the best there is to offer. I personally have not seen this sort of organisation available before this and was merely interested in the availability of such a service not advocating the site mentioned. They have these sorts of sites for pets too. Non-pet owners can have a hard time understanding how much one can grieve over the loss of a pet and the online memorials I have seen, allow for comments from like thinkers and they can be a great comfort to some. You can post stories, pictures and so on. A fabulous idea, I reckon. BTW, I just love your username! I had a cat once I named Tallulah. Such a pretty name. |
