I saw this listed at urban legends, one of the unfortunate business owners whose name was listed as the author had a mess of a time dealing with phone calls, e-mails, etc. (most not very pleasant either). Poor guy. I don't know how the others attached to it faired, some were made-up companies so no concern there.
