Well it's about time.
I am all for freedom, and people can believe whatever they choose BUT when these same freedoms are denied to others and the "religious" attempt to dictate politics -- this does not constitute a democracy.

hmmm... spiritual but not religious... I like that but... only because the word RELIGION.... that we use isn't what the bible uses... so if you look at religion like the bible does (helping the widows and orphans and keep oneself unstained by the world [see book of james(last verse in chapter 1)])... then spiritual without religion is impossible... but none the less in todays world people do not believe that religion is truth but.... it's USUALLY not... I come saying CHRIST IS TRUTH.... and NO ONE can make it to the father without Him that is the essence of TRUE religion and the basis of any (living true) spirituality

Good selfdied.
It's amazing how the so-called Religious Right has been created in the image of others. Christians have a right to be involved in politics and the issues of our government. I consider myself to be a conservative and identify most with the values of the *Right*. No Christian that I know wants to make others conform to *our* standards; that's really Biblically impossible. That being said, Christians don't want their rights as American citizens denied because of our Faith and we would like the Constitution to be interpretated (sp) "strictly".
