My Auto Design has photovoltaic skin with some similar ideas,my cabin is gyrocar stablized and has solar cells under the cabin and below on the top of the skateboard chassis, also my concept car has wheel motors cones that lift and lower the chassis for off road all terrain and lowers for highway streamlining.
