The fact that people with disabilities are being forced to wait for years to receive income assistance is sickening. Let me guess, brought to us from the "culture of life" crowd. I guess people with disabilities live's are not worthwhile.

The fact that there is actually Lawyers who specialize in this tells you how prominent the problem is.( upon winning the claim, the lawyer gets up to 15% or 3000 of the retroactive benefits.) They can get up to 4 years SSD in retro.
