In its simplest form it allows users to screenshot capture anything on their screen, edit it, and instantly image host. There has never been an application on the web that has all of these abilities in one UI.

Mac users have been able to do this for quite some time using the great Skitch, from Plasq software publishers. While it is labeled a Beta product, it is very stable and free to use. It may not have all the features that ScreenDash offers, but it isn't meant to be an all in one image editing program. I find it EXTREMELY useful.
