This was generated around in an e-mail about 2 years ago. My Mom had symptoms of a TIA and I was able to recognize it because of reading the e-mail. She was life-flighted to a stroke hospital and given a clot-busting drug which saved her life and she made a 100% recovery. I recommend everyone read this clip.

Thanks god you could help your mom debbysk...is good when you know something and it can help you...My mother died 3 months ago (November 18) of a stroke....She was 78, a happy person, good health...I talked to her 20 minutes before...You never know what can happens....So this kind of information is good for everyone...

I walked out on my mom while she was having a stroke. She said she felt funny. I didn't realize what was happening, until her speech slurred. Please go to this site and learn the symptoms of stroke.
