Is the war on terror a selective one?

It certainly appears so.

In politics everyone eventually has to make the choice: stick with what you believe in, or get what you want. Somehow we never quite get to have it both ways. Always judge politicians by what they compromise.

That's why I am lucky that my uninhibited style of internet commentary pretty much precludes from ever having to worry about holding elected office.

Hypocrisy and politics are old bedfellows. Shame there are too many blinkered people riding the jingoistic bandwagon who don't realise that.
