Absoulutely terrable story. Tragic that he couldn't get help instead of people egging him on. There is a certain element of people that enjoy peoples hardships and problems. the Germans have a word for it.

While a suicide, unfortunately, sometimes happen in our life, few things have to be marked here.
1. Technology such as live webcast cannot be blamed for helping sick mind to make case from its intentions - it's just a tool.
2. When it become the case, someone (moderator in our case) is able to trace location and send police (or somebody in case of... well, something) to our door, bedroom, bed, desk... Who are those with ability to look into keyhole? Why do we have to let them do this? In jail authorities have a duty to do this. Are we all arrested and our society is a huge jail? How often and when particularly do they taking advantage of their knowledge? How can I be sure they don't?

Several months ago, I saw a young woman trying to jump off a freeway overpass. There were a couple of idiots yelling at this obviously distressed girl. They were yelling at her to jump. Disgusting!

This is sad - the cry for help went unheard until it was too late.
