Forbes Technology says:

According to the article, missed calls account for 130 million of the 355 million calls made across Sudanese mobile-phone network Zain every day. That's a huge amount of missed revenue. It'll be interesting to see what phone companies do about it... maybe charge a micropayment, a fraction of a cent, every time you dial a number, whether it connects or not? --David M. Ewalt
