It is time to leave behind our primitive smoky and polluting methods of energy production. Only question left is why are we so late? is it a technological barrier, an economical one? or just a political one?

I've heard from a couple of sources (even here on Clipmarks) that by designing environmentally safe and energy efficient societies and products, that this form of social responsibility is "Marxist", communist, or socialistic!

Of course finding clean alternatives means the current owners of dirty power will have to give up their position of power..., and so their media machine is in full force to demonize (calling it communism, Marxism) any development that ...

They say, redistribution of wealth ... must therefore be socialism and is inherently evil. They are afraid.

Imagine if every town had its own solar collector that worked with the collectors on private homes. (Virtually no energy bill!) Yeah, a definite redistribution, from the few in power to into the hands of the many. They are very afraid, indeed!
