Every time she tries to fellate the audience with hot air devoid of content, Biden needs to note in his next statement that she didn't actually answer the question that was asked. The press might take the hint and get past being star-struck long enough to make a point. Good question - depend on which press. I can think of one "fair and unbiased" group that still acts like lapdogs. True. Couric did surprisingly well, gently and simply saying, "Can you name [i]one?[/]" when Palin dodged information questions with cheer-raising lines. It's hard for any politician to realize the difference between speaking to his or her own party (where the lines matter more than the content) and speaking to the public, where the lines fall flat. In this case, her lack of information is mighty perilous for her. I think Biden would do well to show kindness to her but shred McCain's positions and offer alternatives. She'll have little rebuttal.
