I'm all in favor. No more federal reserve/world banks. I like the point made that it's open source. We don't need money, what we need to do is the right thing like the rest of the creation around us.

Tell that to a capitalist "elite" that poisoning souls of western population trough mass medium, cheep entertainment and provoking wars and inventing invisible enemies when ever and where ever they can.

One problem for central banks is that they have existed in a multi-currency world, and have been required to take actions to enable their currency to survive in such a world. In a world with a Single Global Currency, managed by a Global Central Bank within a Global Monetary Union, the role of the Global Central Bank will be more predictable and will be focused on keeping inflation low. "Open Money" would not be as stable.

sorry, it still sounds extremely ideal.. One thing not being taken into consideration is human corruption... What's to keep one country from tipping the scales in their favor? Not to mention I highly doubt countries that are currently already manipulating their currencies (Like China for example) would agree to one currency that will be fair for everyone.
