Intelligence committess do not normally time the the release of their reports for political reasons, and if they did it would not be for the benefit of Bush. Further, this report is based on more leaks and admissions of having not even seen the report....as usual. This is just more smear. Further, just like the last report, this report would certainly be more positive than the normal smear du jour from our "objective" press.
