tabsey says: Those born between September and December are more prone to panic attacks while there is growing evidence that schizophrenia is higher among those born in the late winter and early spring. "It is exactly what you would expect if it were temperature related," said Richard Wiseman, a professor of psychology at the University of Hertfordshire, who has examined the link between luck and the season of birth. "Many of the effects reverse in the two hemispheres." Professor John Eagle, a psychiatrist at Aberdeen University who has studied the relationships between season of birth and mental health, added: "The two main culprits are diet and the seasonal fluctuations in nutrition, and the increase in infections during the winter." Astrologers have seized on the findings as evidence that the stars influence personality. But scientists insist there are biological reasons behind the effects. About 3 weeks to go for me. Could people be influenced by just being interested. I'll never know as I'd need to be bored out of my tiny mind to check but this clip isn't dependent on the stars. numerology deals with peoples abilities and capacities as well, It has helped me in my life ie: to pinpoint what are my strengths and inclinations ,just to verify it. I personally think astrology star sign columns are just nuggets of wisdom that could apply to anyone and just play on your hopes and wishes I am a firm believer in Astrology and have caste many a chart. Those little newspaper "sun signs" horoscopes, give astrology a bad name. So they say it's the "seasons" well what does that mean? Seasons being weather - where does the weather come from? The earths rotation around the sun....duh. Ok, you do me. 25-12. Do you need the year? Twin female cousins born the day before with EXACTLY the same blood. Yes, the same as bother and sisters, but no common mother or father! Well I am not sure of people developing panic attacks or mental illness with those born around winter or early spring because winter/ spring people are pretty strong in emotion and whenever they feel down they recuperate easily and I have seen and known people born around late may and early to mid June who have the mental illnesses and the panic attacks. It's only an opinion but in reality seasons don't reflect illnesses or depression its really much to do with genetics, environmental factors, etc. |
