It's been my closely held belief that rich entertainers on the Left are vile hypocrites. They have all of this guilt for making great sums of money for doing what tens of thousands of people do for free in schools and community theatre, but they don't quite have the motivation in most cases to actually do much, so they assuage their guilt without having to lower their standard of living.

Those of us who aren't ashamed of earning our living aren't cagey about wanting to maintain control over what we do with it. If the bubble-headed folks in BH would actually give instead of making "awareness raising" (aka self-promoting) appearances and actually DO something charitable without the possibil...
