The "war on terror", global financial crisis, and global environmental agenda provide three perfect (and all grossly exaggerated and manufactured) pretexts as an excuse to justify it.

This IS the CFR dream agenda of which all the candidates were apart of through their membership. This is why Obama platformed for presidency overseas, in Berlin Germany in particular and in France near the Eiffel Tower (the hearth place of the global Masonic orders).
